About the Kickoff Retreat

The Pioneers in Practice Kickoff Retreat marks the official launch of NOTA’s leadership development pilot program. This retreat is designed to bring mentors and mentees together to establish shared purpose, clarify expectations, and build a strong foundation for collaboration, leadership growth, and action throughout the program.

Participants will engage in values-based reflection, cohort-building activities, and guided discussions using the Direction, Alignment, and Commitment (DAC) leadership framework. The retreat will also introduce action projects, leadership portfolios, and mentorship structures that will guide the program experience from January through June.
