Step 1: Reflect
Using your top values, consider:

• What kind of impact do I want to have in systems or organizations?
• What do I want to protect or prioritize as a leader?

Step 2: Draft
Write 1–2 sentences starting with:

Keep it simple, honest, and values-driven.

Step 3: Refine
Read it back and ask:

• Does this sound like me?
  
• Is this aspirational but realistic?
  
• Would this guide me in a difficult leadership moment?
  

Step 4: Share & Listen
Share your draft with one or two others.
