Tilton’s Therapy is a mobile outpatient therapy company redefining what meaningful, sustainable OT practice looks like. We serve clients across the lifespan, from pediatrics to adults, delivering care in homes, schools, community settings, and real-world environments where life actually happens.

Our OT caseload is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for curious, compassionate, and adaptable occupational therapists who want variety, autonomy, and purpose in their work.

We are expanding quickly in the Mental Health field and are looking for OTs with experience or desire to work with this population, where opportunities include SAFY (foster care services), the court system in Las Vegas, substance abuse programs, shine a light/transitioning from homelessness, post-partum interventions, post incarceration.

What You’ll Do As a Mobile Outpatient OT:
Provide evaluations and skilled OT interventions across a diverse caseload, which may include:
Pediatric developmental delays, neurodiversity, sensory processing, and complex medical needs
Adolescents and adults with mental health diagnoses, trauma histories, and life-skills challenges
Individuals with neurological, orthopedic, and chronic health conditions
Treat clients one-on-one in their natural environments (home, school, community)
Develop client-centered, functional treatment plans that translate directly to daily life
Collaborate with caregivers, families, case managers, and interdisciplinary team members
Complete documentation with the support of a strong administrative and billing team

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Nevada Occupational Therapy License
  • NBCOT certification
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Interest in mobile, community-based practice
  • Comfort working across diverse diagnoses and age ranges
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and clinical curiosity
