2026 Interprofessional Conference Speaker/Exhibitor FAQs

Our conference is all about uplifting our community through education, advocacy, and networking opportunities that align with the mission and vision of our organizations. We are so grateful to have you with us as a sponsor or exhibitor — your support makes this experience possible for our members.
The purpose of this FAQ is to support your experience as a sponsor or exhibitor at our upcoming conference. If you have additional questions not covered below, please reach out to Rebecca Preddie at rebecca@gpsforgrowth.com.
 

Set-Up and Breakdown

When can I start setting up my table?

Exhibitor set-up can occur during the following hours:

  • Friday, June 5: 10 am – 2 pm
  • Saturday, June 6: 7am – 8am
  • Sunday, June 7: 7am – 8am

Location: Main Showroom, first floor of MEET Las Vegas

Venue Address: MEET Las Vegas 233 South 4th Street Las Vegas, NV 89101

Load-In/Load-Out Access: Exhibitors will enter in through the Pavillion parking lot doors that lead directly to the showroom area. (See attached map)

If you must ship anything to MEET LV, please use the following address.

Please note the business hours for receiving deliveries are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm.

When can I start to pack up?

Exhibitor breakdown is 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 7, 2026.

Meals and Refreshments

Are meals and refreshments included? NVOTA provides a complimentary lunch for one exhibitor representative per table. Additional lunches are available for purchase for $60.

Materials and Table Setup

What materials are provided? NVOTA provides each exhibitor with:

  • One (1) standard 6′ rectangular table
  • Two (2) chairs

If you require additional setup needs (electrical access, AV, etc.), please contact rebecca@gpsforgrowth.com in advance so we can coordinate with the venue.

Where is my table at the expo?

Additional information about table placement will be provided soon

Session Attendance

Can I attend sessions? You are welcome to attend the larger keynote sessions as part of your exhibitor participation. However, if you would like to attend additional educational sessions or workshops — or if you plan to seek CEUs for any sessions (including keynotes) — you will need to register and pay the conference fee.

Exhibitor discount: Exhibitors receive a 20% discount off the standard conference registration fee. To take advantage of this discount, please reach out to Rebecca Preddie at rebecca@gpsforgrowth.com.
