Join NVOTA for an In-Person Watch Party
AOTA Children and Youth SIS and the School Based COP Event "Let’s talk about Ayres Sensory Integration® in School Practice
NVOTA invites you to gather with colleagues at Touro University Nevada for an in-person watch party of the AOTA Children and Youth Special Interest Section (CYSIS) Practice Chat, “Let’s Talk About Ayres Sensory Integration® in School Practice.”
This conversation, presented by Moira P. Bushell, Vera Gallagher, and Joyce E. Rioux, is designed to help you untangle clinical versus educational sensory conversations. Expect a discussion of sensory terminology, scope of practice, and professional reasoning that supports student participation in school.
Arrive early to connect over networking and lite bites, then watch the program together and stay for a 30-minute discussion afterward to share takeaways and talk about what this means for practice in Nevada.
Practitioners, students, and faculty are all welcome!
