Welcome to the Pioneers in Practice Leadership Development Program, a collaborative initiative of the Nevada Occupational Therapy Association (NOTA). We’re so glad you’re here.

This program is designed for occupational therapy students, new graduates, and early-career practitioners who are ready to grow as leaders, advocates, and change-makers within our profession. Throughout the program, you’ll engage in meaningful mentorship, hands-on experiential learning, and intentional leadership development—all grounded in NOTA’s mission and values.

Together, we will explore what it means to lead with purpose, integrity, and connection. You’ll have opportunities to build relationships across Nevada’s OT community, deepen your professional identity, and develop the skills needed to contribute to the evolving landscape of occupational therapy confidently.
